We know your personal information is very sensitive, and as a photography company, we have no choice but to collect it while obtaining legal permission to work for you. Be assured, we understand most furries have a preferred alias and would prefer it -- not their real name -- be associated with their art.
We will never share or sell your personal information.
By providing us with your social media and alias, you are giving us permission to "tag" you as indicated (to share your alias and account), however. Please understand this may garner attention, and is not recommended for those under the age of 13.
Right to Refuse Service
The furry fandom is a place of inclusion. We aim to provide our services to everyone who loves our work, and we will never discriminate based on race, sex, gender, age, national origin, religion (creed), disability, or sexual orientation.
We do reserve the right to deny business to any customer for any other reason, at our discretion.
Our return policy is clear, your satisfaction with our work is guaranteed.
Any digital service (shipped by downloadable link), which requires 24 hours or more to complete, may be cancelled for a full refund before the order is shipped. If we notice an anomaly with any order (e.g., ordering duplicates), we will contact you before we begin fulfillment, allowing you to correct your order, if necessary.
Any analog product (shipped by mail) may be cancelled and refunded before the order ships for a partial refund: price of the product minus any applicable material or handling fees.
Shipping is guaranteed within the continental US and Canada. Please contact us for a replacement if your order sustains any damage during shipping.
